Profile performance – allows evaluates behavioural tendencies in 5 critical job related competencies. This provides recommendations for improving employee performance by how to respond to job-related stress, frustration, conflict, and whether the employee is internal motivated or externally stimulated.

Sales Indicators -

Measures: 5 qualities competitiveness, energy, persistence, self reliance, sales drive and 7 critical sales behaviours, prospecting, self starter, teamwork, call reluctance, maintaining relationships. Time 15-20 mins

A coaching, management report accompanies these graphical reports.
