1. Once you have your Assessment papers written, we load the material on to our assessment centre server
2. Delegates visit myelearningcentre and follow the link for their assessment centre.
3. Having been provided with individual log-in details, delegates have a secure individually customised log-on
4. Our system provides a personalised screen allowing the delegate to see only the assessments that affect them and from here they can monitor their completed assessments, those in progress, or those yet to be started.
5. Automated reports are provided to the training provider for coaching, needs analysis and HR management reporting
